The qualification aims to provide the knowledge and skills required to use Social Media successfully in business. The Social Media Course is designed to give an introduction to how popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and the like, can help to achieve your business marketing goals. Companies predominantly use social media marketing to reach out to existing and potential customers and potential employees, as well as journalists and bloggers who can help their cause.
