1-Day Workshop AI & Marketing Marketing specialisation

AI Agents for Marketing.
Build one your team will actually use.

A practical, tool-agnostic day for marketers who'll build and run agents in your business. Every delegate launches at least one working agent connected to the tools you already use, briefed on your brand, ready for Monday.

What your marketing team will leave with

From "we have Copilot licences" to we build marketing agents.

Six tangible deliverables. Built around the AI assistants, CRMs and platforms your marketing team already pays for, on your brand, ready for Monday.

01 · A working agent each

Built around the tools your business already uses, on your brand voice, ready to run from Monday morning.

02 · Brand-voice template

A reusable brand-voice prompt & guardrails template, so every future agent the team builds sounds like you, not generic AI.

03 · Agent backlog

The next 5 to 10 candidate agents for marketing, scored on impact vs effort. The team's 90-day roadmap is ready.

04 · Governance position

A one-page governance position covering GDPR, ICO, ASA and brand-safety considerations for agentic marketing.

05 · Tailored to your tools

Delivered against the AI assistants, CRMs and platforms your team already pays for. We don't lock you into one vendor.

06 · Team confidence

A measurable confidence shift across the team, from "we have AI licences" to "we build and run agents".

The day, hour by hour

Six tight blocks. One big build.

The middle of the day is one long hands-on build, that's where the magic happens. Trainers and skills coaches are with you in the room (or breakouts) until every agent runs end to end.

Module 1
Agents, automations, assistants · for marketers
What's actually worth turning into an agent in marketing. Where it lifts the load (research, drafting, reporting, qualifying), and where chat or simple automation is still the right call. Audit your team's week and pick your battles.

Module 2 · Hands-on
Designing your first marketing agent
Each delegate picks a real use case from their own role: lead enrichment, content brief, campaign report, social drafting, competitor watch, email nurture or SEO brief. Triggers, knowledge sources, actions, tool-bindings, permission scoping. Prompts built for autonomous operation, not chat.

Module 3
Plugging into your marketing tools
Wire your agent to HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Canva, your DAM, SharePoint, and the AI assistants (Copilot, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT). Authentication, rate limits, what data should and shouldn't touch the agent.

Module 4
Brand voice & the guardrails
Make every agent sound like your brand, not generic AI. Building your brand-voice prompt, the don't-say list, the legal-and-compliance line. Plus GDPR, ICO, ASA and consumer-duty considerations for agentic marketing.

Demos, governance & next agents
Each delegate demos. Sign-off the one-page marketing AI governance position. Score the team's agent backlog (the next 5 to 10 to build). Agree the 30-day plan to keep momentum past the workshop.

Who it's for

The marketers who'll actually build the agents.

✓ Right fit if

You're a marketer who'll own the AI builds in your team. Marketing managers, brand managers, content marketers, CRM and marketing-ops leads, growth and demand-gen, social media managers, PR and comms. Anyone whose job description includes "figure out the AI thing".

Marketing Manager Head of Marketing Brand Manager Content Marketer CRM Marketer Growth / Demand Gen Marketing Ops Social Media Mgr PR & Comms Lead

× Not the right fit if

You're looking for a strategic AI overview for senior leaders. Take our AI for Leaders programme instead. If you want a broader, non-marketing build day, the standard Build AI Agents workshop is the right pick.

★ Where this sits

This is the marketing specialisation of our standard Build AI Agents 1-day workshop. Same hands-on shape, same trainer calibre, but the use cases, the tools, brand-voice and governance modules are all built around marketing rather than generic enterprise. If you'd rather mix departments, the standard workshop still works.

Sensible questions

Frequently asked.

Is this tool-agnostic, or vendor-specific?

Tool-agnostic in framing. We deliver against whichever AI assistants, CRMs and marketing platforms your team already uses, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, HubSpot, Salesforce, Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate. We don't lock you into one vendor.

Does anyone need to code?

No. The workshop uses low-code and no-code agent platforms throughout. Comfortable with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, HubSpot or Salesforce admin, Make.com or Zapier scenarios, that's plenty.

What will my team actually leave with?

One working marketing agent each, a brand-voice prompt & guardrails template, an agent backlog scored on impact vs effort (the team's 90-day roadmap), and a one-page governance position covering GDPR, ICO, ASA and brand-safety considerations for agentic marketing.

How many delegates can attend?

Up to 12 per cohort. Smaller cohorts of 6 to 8 tend to produce the best per-delegate outcomes because everyone gets time to build a real agent and demo it.

What does it cost?

POA, depending on cohort size and delivery mode (live online vs in-person at your site). Closed cohorts of up to 12 delegates start from a few thousand pounds. Send a brief or book a 30-minute discovery call and we'll come back with a concrete figure within 24 hours.

Is this levy-funded?

Workshops on their own are typically self-funded. If you commission this alongside an ST1512 AI & Automation apprenticeship cohort, the workshop can usually be levy-funded as part of the cohort spend. Talk to us and we'll structure it.

How quickly can we run a cohort?

Typically 2 to 4 weeks from enquiry to delivery, subject to trainer availability. Same-week delivery sometimes possible for urgent cohorts.

What's the difference between this and the standard "Build AI Agents" workshop?

Same hands-on shape, same trainer calibre. The marketing version replaces generic enterprise use cases with marketing-specific ones (lead enrichment, content drafting, campaign reporting, SEO briefs, ABM, social listening), and adds the brand-voice and ASA/ICO/GDPR-for-marketing governance modules. Pick this one if your whole cohort is marketers. Pick the standard workshop if you're mixing departments.
